Aam Panna Recipe In 3 Ways – How To Make Aam Panna – Raw Mango Juice – Summer Drink Recipe

Ingredients for Mango base:

  • 2 Raw Mangoes
  • 3/4 tsp – Asafoetida
  • 1 tbsp – cumin powder
  • Black salt to taste
  • Water

1) Ingredients for Khatta Aam Panna:

  • Ice cubes
  • Mango base
  • Water

2) Ingredients for Sweet Aam Panna:

  • 3 tbsp – Water
  • 2 cups – jaggery
  • Ice cubes
  • Water
  • Mango base

3) Minty Aam Panna:

  • Sweetened pulp
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves
  • Water

Method of preparation for base pulp:

Take 2 raw mangoes and put them in the pan. Cover it with a vessel and roast it on both sides till it’s charred. Make few cuts in the Mango and keep them aside for cooling. Keep a vessel to heat on the gas and roast the asafoetida. Scrap out all the pulp from the mango nicely. In a mixer jar, add the mango pulp, roasted asafoetida, cumin powder, Black salt and water. Grind them well.

Ingredients for Khatta Aam Panna:

In a glass add some ice cubes, mango concentrate, water and mix them well. Our Khatta Aam Panna is ready.

Ingredients for Sweet Aam Panna:

In a vessel, heat water, add jaggery and cook it till the jaggery melts. Add the syrup to the base pulp and mix it well. In a glass add ice cubes, concentrate and water. Mix them well. Our Sweet Aam Panna is ready.

Minty Aam Panna:

In a mixer jar, take some of the sweetened pulp, mint leaves and water. Grind them well. In a glass add some ice cubes, mint concentrate, water and give it a good mix. Our Minty Aam Panna is ready.
