Popcorn Bhel | New Season | Cooksmart | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn kernels for popcorn
  • 2 tbsps oil
  • ½ medium onion
  • ½ medium tomato
  • 10-15 fresh mint leaves
  • ¼ tsp red chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp chopped green chillies
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 lemon
  • Nylon serve, as required

Method

Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add corn and mix. Cover with the lid on and let the corn pop. Chop onion and tomato finely. Finely chop mint leaves. When all the corn has popped put them into a large mixing bowl. Add onion, tomato, mint leaves, red chilli powder, green chillies, chaat masala and a little salt. Squeeze the juice of a lemon and mix well. Add serve and mix and serve immediately.
