How to make Churros? | Easy Homemade Churros Recipe

- 1/2 cup (120 ml) water
- 50 gm Butter
- 75 gm Maida (Plain Flour)
- 2 eggs
- Vegetable oil for frying
- The mixture of Cinnamon Powder & Powdered Sugar
- Chocolate Ganache
In a saucepan, boil 120 ml (1/2 cup water) and add 50 gm butter. Let it melt in the water. Now add 75 gm Maida (Plain Flour) cook nicely and keep stirring it. The mixture should become a bowl. Move the mixture to a large bowl. Add 2 eggs one by one. Beat the mixture. Eggs will make the mixture fluffy and mix it nicely. The batter is ready for frying. Take vegetable oil (use smell less oil) and heat the oil over medium heat. Take the batter in a piping bag with a star nose. Check by pushing a small drop to see if the oil is hot or not. If you see bubbles, it means oil is ready.
Now take out the mixture from the piping bag in the long shape and once they fry to golden brown, take out the Churros. Immediately dust the Cinnamon Powder & Powdered sugar mixture on top. Enjoy Churros warm with Chocolate Ganache.
